يتناول هذا البحث دراسة ونشر لفلس نحاسى نادر يحمل اسم مسکين بن اميه لا يشتمل على مکان ولا تاريخ الضرب ، وهذا الفلس فى مجموعة الاستاذ عمار محمد عمران  الخاصه بالسعوديه . کما ان هذا الفلس لم يسبق دراسته و نشره من قبل . ويهدف هذا البحث الى تحديد مکان وتاريخ الضرب ومعرفة من هو مسکين بن اميه صاحب القطعه ، وقد قمنا بوصف الشکل العام للفلس ثم اوضحنا کتاباته وزخارفه وقمنا بتفسير تلک الکتابات وتحديد نوع الخط الذى کتبت به وتعرضنا لکل الذين يحملون اسم مسکين بن اميه خلال القرنين الاولين للهجره. وفى النهاية توصلنا الى ان هذا الفلس يعد اضافه جديدة للفلوس الاسلامية بصفه عامة
 
This study deals with the study and publication of rare copper floss bearing the name of Miskin bin Amiye, which does not include a place or a date of beatings, and this is the philosophy in the group of Professor Ammar Mohammed Omran special in Saudi Arabia. This philosophy has not been studied or published before. The purpose of this research is to determine the location and date of the beating and to know who is the poor son of Amih the owner of the piece, and we have described the general form of the bankrupt and then explained his writings and decorations and we explained the writings and determine the type of line that was written and presented to all those who bear the name of poor Ben Amiye during the first two centuries of migration. In the end, we concluded that this philosophy is a new addition to Islamic philosophy in general
