نحو منظومة من القيم المعتمدة لتربية أطفال الروضة بمصر في عصر العولمة في ضوء خبرات متقدمة

رصدت دراسات تربوية واجتماعية أن معظم الأزمات التي تتخبط فيها المنظومات التربوية في العالم هي أزمات ارتبطت بالقيم ولم يحسن علاجها، وأن إصلاح المجتمع مرهون بإصلاح المنظومة التربوية، وفي مصر يعاني المجتمع من عِلل أخلاقية متعددة مما بستلزم أن تقوم المؤسسات التربوية بدورها في تربية النشء على الالتزام بالأخلاق الفاضلة. ويعتبر تطبيق برنامج القيم التربوية داخل مؤسسات رياض الأطفال وسيلة مؤثرة في تکوين اتجاهات الطفل وميوله وبناء شخصيته وتنمية ذکائه وتقدير الذات وغرس القيم الأخلاقية وتعديل السلوک والاتجاهات، عن طريق تبسيط المعلومات واللعب والقصص والأنشطة العملية المتنوعة. ويمکن دمج برنامج التربوية بنجاح ضمن البرنامج اليومي في منهج رياض الأطفال معدد الموضوعات والأنشطة، وذلک بأن تقوم المعلمة بتوزيع القيم التربوية المعتمدة بالمؤسسة على الوحدات الدراسية على مدار العام الدراسي متعمل على غرسها ضمن الأنشطة والمهارات والخبرات المقدمة للأطفال. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور لمنظومة متکاملة من القيم التربوية لمرحلة رياض الأطفال في مصر عن طريق مراجعة وتمحيص القائم منها واستکماله بما هو وارد في خبرات متقدمة لأربعة دول هي: الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية، ودولة سلوفينيا بأوربا، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ودولة الکويت، بحيث تتواکب تلک المنظومة مع المعطيات والمتطلبات الإيجابية البناءة لعصر العولمة. استخدم البحث الحالي منهجين: أولهما المنهج الوصفي، وثانيهما المنهج المقارن. وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة، سيتم معالجة عناصرها في السياق التالي:  القيم التربوية - العولمة وأثرها على القيم  التربية - أهمية القيم في تربية أطفال الروضات - خبرات متقدمة في تربية القيم لأطفال الروضةمقارنة تربية القيم لأطفال الروضة بمصر والخبرات المتقدمة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها حاجة رياض الأطفال في مصر إلى إعداد منظومة قيم تربوية تستفيد من الخبرات المتقدمة وتواکب عصر العولمة، وت اقتراح هذه المنظومة بأسلوب تحليلي وأوصت الدراسة ببعص الأساليب لأنجاح وتفيل المنظومة المقترحة
 Educational and social studies have identified that most of the crises in educational systems in the world are crises that have been linked to values ​​and have not been remedied, and that reform of society depends on reforming the educational system. In Egypt, society suffers from multiple ethical reasons, Virtuous morality. The implementation of the educational values ​​program within kindergartens is an effective means of shaping the child's attitudes and tendencies, building his character, developing his intelligence, self-esteem, instilling moral values ​​and modifying behavior and trends by simplifying information, play, stories and various practical activities. The educational program can be successfully integrated into the day-to-day curriculum of the kindergarten curriculum, with the teacher distributing the educational values ​​approved by the institution to the units throughout the school year, which are instilled in the activities, skills and experiences provided to the children.The researcher noted that the accreditation documents for the quality of kindergartens in Egypt issued by the National Authority, most recently the third edition 2012, lacks a direct text regarding the system of educational values ​​adopted for this stage.The current research aims to develop a vision for an integrated system of educational values ​​for the stage of kindergarten in Egypt by reviewing and scrutinizing the existing ones and completing them with the advanced expertise of four countries: USA, Slovenia, Europe, UAE and Kuwait. This system is in line with the positive and positive requirements and requirements of the globalization era.The current research used two approaches: the descriptive approach and the comparative approach. To achieve the objectives of the study, the elements will be addressed in the following context: Educational values ​​- globalization and its impact on values ​​Education - The importance of values ​​in the education of kindergarten children - Advanced experiences in raising values ​​for kindergarten children- Comparison of values ​​education for kindergarten children in Egypt and advanced experiences. The study concluded a number of the most important results and some recommendations.
