التحليل المکاني للتنمية البشرية وقياس مستوياتها فى إمارة الشارقة:دراسة في جغرافية التنمية باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية

يعد قياس معدلات التنمية البشرية ومشکلاتها هي أحد المقاييس الاقتصاديّة المعتمدة على التکنولوجيا، للانتقال من حالةٍ التنمية إلا إلى أخرى جديدةٍ؛ بهدف تحسينها مثل الانتقال من حالة الاقتصاد الزراعيّ إلى الصناعي أو الانتقال من الاقتصاد التجاريّ إلى التجاريّ المعتمد على التّکنولوجيا وتُعرَّف التّنمية البشرية بأنّها العمليّة الهادفة إلى تعزيز نموّ اقتصاد الدّول کما يعد التحليل العاملي هو أسلوب إحصائي يستهدف تفسير معاملات الارتباطات الموجبة التي لها دلالة إحصائية بين مختلف المتغيرات، أو هو عملية رياضية تستهدف تبسيط الارتباطات بين مختلف المتغيرات الداخلة فى التحليل وصولاً إلى العوامل المشترکة التي تصف العلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات وتفسيرها؛ لذا فالتحليل العاملي يعد منهجاً إحصائياً لتحليل بيانات متعددة ارتبطت فيما بينها بدرجات مختلفة من الارتباط فى صورة تصنيفات مستقلة قائمة على أسس نوعية للتصنيف، کما يهدف أسلوب التحليل العاملي إلى تلخيص المتغيرات المتعددة في عدد أقل تسمى عوامل بحيث يکون لکل عامل من هذه العوامل دالة تربطه ببعض أو کل هذه المتغيرات کما تتعدد الطرق الإحصائية المستخدمة لعمل الإسقاطات المستقبلية فى جغرافية التنمية البشرية فمنها على سبيل المثال "النماذج التحليلية التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار العوامل المختلفة فى المکان والمؤثرة فى توقع أعداد السکان فى الماضي والمستقبل.
